Event registration forms are divided into four categories.
1. Individual: An Individual can register on-behalf of himself. He will be asked to fill a basic form which includes his personal details, contact details and conference details. Conference details consists of the prices of conference type, meal plans and t-shirt he willing to purchase. At the checkout page summary will be displayed which includes his billing details and the total amount he has to pay. After checkout the process leads to payment gateway and he will get a confirmation mail regarding the purchase and links to enter housing module, where he can book rooms for his stay.
2. Family: Family Registration is same as Individual, but the only difference is, attendee can register for himself and for his family as well. He will be asked to select the number of his family and after that he has to fill the attendee-form for all his members.
3. Group: A Group Registration is similar to Family, but here the Group leader will send the Registration links to all his Group members. He will select his Group and will enter all the emails. And they will get an email requesting to fill the attendee form from their side.
4. International: This is for the people outside the US
In all the above modes, after the complete registration process, they will be sent a confirmation email, in which links to book the hotels will be present. They can Book the hotel rooms for four different hotels for their stay.
Admin Console:
1. Registrations: Admin can view/edit/delete all the Registrations which were happened at the User End. He can also create a new Registration from his side without the process of Payment Gateway.
2. Sub-level Admins: Admin has the power to create sub-level admins, by that he can set access priorities to them.
3. Finance: In this Module he can view the total Revenue, Transaction history. He can also create discount coupons which will be given to users at the time of Payment. These coupons will fetch the users particular discounts, which admin has assigned.
4. Reports: This module will show the entire Reports of the registered users. For example Admin can see the entire user list in between age categories 18-36. Like the same way he can manage the other attributes also.
5. Contact: Admin can send emails to all his users at one single GO. Also he can send the current status of the Hotels to the respective hotel email ids.
